APPLECROSS personal trainer Rose Oakman has put herself in her clients’ shoes to show what can be achieved with a healthy lifestyle.
As the master personal trainer for Red Pepper Personal Training, Miss Oakman decided to do things a little differently for her new fitness group classes starting March 1.
She said whenever she was pushing her clients to their limits, she would always get responses like “you wouldn’t understand” and “it is easy for you”.
So instead, she decided to gradually put on 30 kilos and is now starting from scratch and going through the steps to get herself fit and healthy.
Miss Oakman started her own weight loss and health plan on February 1 and will use it in her training classes to demonstrate the results she has achieved in one month and her belief in the program.
